Train the Trainer

Train the Trainer

“This meeting should be an email” is a common expression we face at any workplace.

The truth is that meeting overload has happened before the COVID-19 pandemic, and the abrupt transition to remote work and learning worsens things. Let’s change that dynamic by learning techniques to design and facilitate meetings, webinars, and presentations using the “Training from the Back of the Room! (TBR)” methodology created by Sharon L. Bowman. Her framework uses “brain-based” techniques to engage participants and make meaningful learning experiences. Her framework is widely used for train-the-trainers, professionals, instructors, and coaches in all fields of work worldwide.

In this interactive experience, participants will learn strategies to revitalize their training sessions by implementing the six learning principles to make learning stick and the 4Cs framework through short and practical activities. The 4Cs framework is an instructional design model that will help participants deliver and facilitate transformative experiences.

Attendees will adapt this content to their needs and learn by doing it in a contextualized environment.

We invite you to join a diverse worldwide community of trainers, facilitators, and educators!

We offer the following Train the Trainer services:
